Pk3's Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1General Terms

Pk3 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pk3 and its users. By using the pk3 website or mobile application, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. pk3 will notify you of any changes via email or in-app notification. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

• These terms apply to all services, products, and promotions offered by pk3.

2Account Registration

To create an account with pk3, you must provide accurate and complete information. pk3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account registered with false or misleading details.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact pk3 support immediately.
• Creating corporate or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited.

Once registration is complete, pk3 will send you a confirmation message. Deposits and betting may be restricted until confirmation is received.

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, pk3 may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required:

Withdrawals and higher betting limits may be restricted until verification is complete. pk3 aims to complete the verification process within 48 hours.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on pk3 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: 100 BDT.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is completed.

If any transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious, pk3 may block it and launch an investigation. The associated account may be temporarily suspended for the duration of the review.

5Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on pk3:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a cashout option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk3 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• Minimum Bet: 10 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• Pk3 is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• If an unusually large amount is wagered on a specific outcome, pk3 reserves the right to reduce or void that bet.

Pk3 retains all betting records. In the event of any dispute, the data stored on pk3's servers shall be considered final and definitive.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pk3 bonuses and promotions are offered subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you also agree to the terms applicable to that bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit. Each person is eligible once only.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering amount must generally be completed first.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same person, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk3 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Using pk3 for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Impersonating another user or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any cyber attack on pk3's systems.
• Encouraging others to engage in fraudulent activity against pk3.

Should evidence of such activity be found, pk3 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the relevant account and pursue legal action.

8Responsible Betting

Pk3 is committed to responsible betting. We want you to enjoy betting as entertainment, not let it become an addiction. To support this, pk3 offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a cap on how much you bet within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-imposed account suspension for a period of your choosing.
• Betting History: View your full transaction and betting history at any time.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Pk3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• For violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If identity verification is not completed, or if false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Due to a security threat.
• At the user's own request.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, pk3 will endeavor to return it — however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations. You may also, at any time, Help Center Contact us to request account closure.

10Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
• Pk3 conducts regular security audits.
• You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time.

11Policy on Changes to Terms

Pk3 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the change.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of pk3 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept the updated terms, you may request account closure and withdraw any valid remaining balance.
